FDA tobacco warning label

In a 2-1 decision on Friday, the Court of Appeals in Washington affirmed a lower court ruling that the requirements of FDA, to place graphic tobacco warning labels on cigarette packaging image is a violation of the First Amendment tobacco industry.

Tobacco companies break the law by selling tax-free cigarettes

A federal judge ruled last week that two wholesalers of tobacco illegally skirted pay millions of dollars in taxes from the sale of vehicles untaxed cigarettes to retailers on American Indian reservation on Long Island, who then resold them in the city at discounted prices.
