When the Smoke Free Illinois Act came into force in 2008, it seemed, bars would be the biggest hit. In the end, any smoker will tell you that a cigarette is the most necessary during or shortly after soaking alcohol. And those with a steady drinking and smoking habit were annoyed. The smoking ban was probably the right idea, but I do not smoke and do not have a lot of desire to smell like cigarettes anymore, there’s one thing I miss, and that smoking in cafes.
